Taking part in the resort's Epicurea Golf event, they worked with the staff, preparing haute-cuisine meals for all of the attendees, teaching the chefs little tricks of the trade, sharing culinary secrets and recipes. That's something special.

So, I am excited to say that this year we have teamed up with CuisinArt to let you choose your prize. Will it be French fine dining Le Bistro at Santorini or trendy, Japanese-Caribbean fusion at Tokyo Bay?... The choice is yours!

33 Days of Anguilla Dreamin'

"All the leaves are brown and the sky is gray."

The Mamas and The Papas captured "winter dread" in that single line from their 1965 hit. With months of winter lying ahead, my family's thoughts always turned to the tranquil warm beaches of Anguilla.

With apologies to Mama Cass, we were..

"Anguilla dreamin' on such a winter's day."

Nothing says "Anguilla" better than "beaches," and thus, 33 Days of Anguilla Dreamin' began!

For 33 days our Facebook page featured each and every one one of our sunlit strands of sand... 33 beaches, 33 days.

You joined in this dreamy fun, too!

  • To contrast our tropical "sun-sand-sea" shots, you submitted photos of "winter and you."
  • If winter was too depressing, you shared photos of yourself on your favorite Anguilla beach, living the dream!

Letting creativity know no bounds, you included your family, friends and/or pets in your photos. From winter wonderlands to Anguilla's sun-kissed sands and seas, your photos touched us all!

The photos with the most "votes" (by way of Facebook Likes, Comments and Shares) made it to the finals.

Voting closed Jan. 18th, 2015 at 11:59pm EST.

Once all of the votes were in and counted, Chef Jasper, Jonas and I selected the winner based on social support and personal preference.
