The island is hot!
So, it certainly is a pleasant surprise to find parts of the island that are completely untouched with no signs of development.
Flat Cap Point is one of those what a pleasant surprise spots!
This area of Anguilla is virtually untouched. There are no Anguilla villas, hotels or even restaurants. And I can't figure it out.
The entire area is made up of cliffs, without any immediate sandy beach. But being perched up in the cliffs has its perks...
Endless, Unobstructed Views!
I can't be the only one who can see Flat Cap Point lined with villas, hotels and restaurants. It's only a matter of time before major development groups discover it and start construction.
