Boracay Beach, Philippines

Boracay Beach has the finest white sand in world. It is located on Boracay Island, which is about 200 miles south of Manila, and which is, itself, off the tip of the island of Panay. I guess you could call it an off-off island.

Boracay Beach is a top tourist resort, popular for family vacations and honeymoons. While is is commonly called Boracay Beach after the island, the two main beaches are called White Beach and Bulabog Beach.

White Beach faces West, so is famous for its sunsets. It is also, naturally, well-known for its shiny white sand. Nearly 3 miles long, it has many resorts, such as the one shown above. it also has world-class golf, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

But for the sand alone, Boracay's White Beach should be voted one of the world's best beaches. I hope whoever reads this comes one day. You will love our beaches!

i have to agree that boracay is heaven on earth !!!!! i've been 3 times now and want to retire there !!!!!!! we come from cold scotland so to lie on the white beach enjoying the sun and having a massage is magic ! we stayed at willy's twice then oct 2008 we stayed at the red coconut. we prefered willy's and will stay there again when we go back in 2010 ...anyone looking for a real live paradise head to boracay ! go listen to marvin jamming at the hobbit house or at boom boom bar.....you'll never want to leave !!!!!!!!

Check Out Bora

I'm from "The City Of Smile" (Bacolod). Boracay also known as "Bora" is just 45mins away from us here in Bacolod.

Check it out! It's a great place to visit! You can see and experience the crystal clear water and if you want to see and touch like a "tear" clear sand, you must go to Bora!

Filipinos are accomodating we will make sure that you will never forget your vacation here in Phil.

My favorite resort in Boracay

The most exciting and fun place I stayed was at Friday's. Great people and they showed me the best clubs to go to and even went with me, wow was a great time sorry you missed it.

Competition for East Shoal Bay?

Hi Rusyl, It sounds like White Sand Beach is quite the place, with sand that might even rival East Shoal Bay in Anguilla. I've never been to the Phillppines, but when I do, I'll be sure to check this one out. What a great-sounding beach!
