Welcome to what I call "Mansion Lane"... Blowing Point West! Blowing Point West is much more developed than either of its Blowing Point companions, Sandy Point and Blowing Point East. Here you'll find lots of sea-side mansions, a development, but not much raw land available.

The homes sure are something to look at... unfortunately, taking up the space that the gorgeous estates do, they harldy left anything for future homes to sit and look at! Caribbean real estate really is limited here (unless, that is, you're in the market for a multi-million dollar winter home)!

But not to worry, there is some rocky shore towards the far western end of this area. Building on the edge of Shaddick or Lovers Point would be ideal! The views of St. Martin are consistently beautiful, the ocean always glimmers, and the sand always shines!

As you can see in the photo, there appears to be some Caribbean real estate perhaps on the hill or by the rocks. And there is a condo development towards Shaddick. (For the most up-to-date information, contact Jackie Pascher.)

Either way you look at it, the beach is wonderful. It's no surprise that there are so many gigantic homes!

If you're looking for a high-end, populated area, with quick access to the Valley and St. Martin, Blowing Point West just may be for you!
