The mansion totally outscales the beach, spoiling its character somewhat.

That's the bad news. The good news is that the owners ran electricity into this area! So investigate the rocky properties at the other end of the beach.

It's still a ways to the Valley and ferry, though the smooth roads make it easy to access the main road.

And the moment you see the beach, and the sun, and the sand and the scenery, you'll forget about that huge mansion (try not to look at it).
