If you're looking for rough waters, then Long Pond Bay is definitely for you! Even though the area is fairly developed, there's still Caribbean real estate available. However, I'm not exactly sure where... Jackie Pascher can help you with that.

I'm sure there's still some Caribbean real estate available there. So, a hillside home would be one option. But Long Pond Bay has a lot of rocky waterfront, some of which comes onto the market from time to time.

(Naturally, you don't have to wait for it to come onto the market. You can always find a property you like, then contact the owner and make an offer they can't refuse!)
