Mead's Bay is a beautiful, well-developed combination of... a perfect sweep of golden sand, clear blue waves, several luxurious resorts, and, if you look hard enough, some Caribbean real estate -- what a place to live!

Mead's Bay holds many resorts, the Malliouhana, the Frangipani Beach Club, the Carimar Beach Club, and the Cocoloba Beach Resort! But that means... hardly any Caribbean real estate available in this area. And with the large, tranquil Mead's Pond behind the beach, there isn't much room to "buy inland." The good news is... the bird-watching is unmatched.

So, if you want to live here, what is the answer?

The Frangipani Beach Club and the Carimar Beach Club both have condominiums! What perfect places for a winter getaway.
