If you liked the idea of living just seconds from the ferry to St. Martin, but found Blowing Point "too busy," there's always Pelican Bay to consider!
The beach is on the smaller side with both rocky and sandy ocean front. The area is not as developed as its neighbors, Blowing Point (to the West) and Little Harbour (to the East).
There still is Caribbean real estate available! Let's take a look...

As you can see, there are only a few houses... the rest of the beach seems to be vacant. But it won't stay this way for long. With popular neighbors and a road that will soon connect them, land will go fast!
