Welcome to the other half of the"Best Big Beach", Shoal Bay East (Lower)! The "Lower" side is less touristy, less developed, but every bit as special... and with some of the very best Caribbean real estate opportunities.

Let's see where we are...

Many magazines have named Shoal Bay East the nicest Caribbean beach! But when most people think of Shoal Bay East, they're really just thinking of the "upper" (eastern) section.

What about the "lower" part? It's just as beautiful, just as sunny, just as perfect. And, while it's more secluded, you're just a short beach-walk to the action!

And there are tons of Caribbean real estate! (Can you measure real estate in tons?)

First of all, take a look at the views from the hills...

Same turquoise, with gentle white-topped waves!

Same direction, view from lower down...

And from lower down again,
look at that long strand of sand!

Undeveloped land is available farther west of here, where the oceanfront turns rocky.

And you can also buy land higher up in the hills, at a reasonable price and with tremendous views.

As you can see, Shoal Bay East (Lower), is beautiful. Just like it's neighbor! I don't see why the "upper" side gets all the attention. The "lower" side is sheer bliss, too.
