Many magazines have named Shoal Bay East the nicest Caribbean beach! But when most people think of Shoal Bay East, they're really just thinking of the "upper" (eastern) section.

What about the "lower" part? It's just as beautiful, just as sunny, just as perfect. And, while it's more secluded, you're just a short beach-walk to the action!

And there are tons of Caribbean real estate! (Can you measure real estate in tons?)

First of all, take a look at the views from the hills...

Undeveloped land is available farther west of here, where the oceanfront turns rocky.

As you can see, Shoal Bay East (Lower), is beautiful. Just like it's neighbor! I don't see why the "upper" side gets all the attention. The "lower" side is sheer bliss, too.
