Even though Shoal Bay East gets all the attention, don't leave without seeing Shoal Bay West!With the golden crescent beach, Caribbean sea, and views out to St. Martin... it's just as sensational as its relative!

But the beach not only holds many great features, there's also CoveCastles Resort, Trattoria Tramonto (restaurant), Altamer Resort and Restaurant, Blue Waters (small beach front apartment resort) and a private home.

However, with so many structures is there Caribbean real estate available? I'm not really sure on this one! There is some rocky front, and setting back inland is always a possibility.
