Hibernia is NOT an ice cream parlor so you can't just walk into Hibernia ans ask for "two scoops," but since this is a contest for the best ice cream on island, I'd have to vote for Hibernia's
raisin ice cream with aged rum. If you ever eat at this five-star restaurant (which stands above the rest with its food, atmosphere and service) and don't ask for this for dessert, I'll be disappointed, Nori and famlily. I hope you love it, too. Stephen.
