Zara's Anguilla

We love the explosive flavors of Shamash, the chef at Zara's, and the cool, local atmosphere. Although there may be Anguilla restaurants with equally delicious dishes, we have not as yet discovered them on our many trips to Anguilla.

And we know for sure that there is no restaurant where you enter through the kitchen while being serenaded by the versatile Chef Shamash. The reasonable prices won't break the bank either.

Reply from Nori: Dan, you're absolutely right. Shamash is an Anguilla treasure -- we had so much fun with him and loved his cooking. In case anyone is interested, he and Zara's have been mentioned more than once on Anguilla-Beaches.com, both my myself and visitors to the site...
