All of our products are shipped within 1-2 business days. Should a product be out of stock, we will notify you of the delay immediately. If that happens (not very likely), we will ask if you prefer to cancel your order.

We ship items under $100 (ex., my keychain, all prints, the dolphin sculpture) via Parcel Past, which can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, depending on where you live. These packages are not insured or tracked. We use this shipping method to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. If you would like these lower priced items shipped through DHL, contact us and let us know right after you order -- we will let you know how much extra it will cost.

We ship items over $100 (all original art and most sculptures) via DHL (fully insured), which takes 2-5 days, again depending on where you live. We e-mail you with the tracking number, so you can track delivery.

It is extremely unlikely that artwork will arrive in a damaged condition. It is well-packed and protected. In any event, every work is insured against damage. Simply hold onto any damaged goods and contact us immediately, and we will follow-up from there with the insurer. Since artwork is fully insured, you will be reimbursed.
