Anguilla’s New Airport & A New Era of Travel

Arriving in Anguilla has officially entered a whole new chapter!

This December, the newly redeveloped Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport opened its doors, unveiling a sleek, modern terminal that reflects the island’s growing presence on the world travel stage.

The multi-million-dollar expansion delivers a vastly improved experience from curbside to gate, making arrivals smoother, faster and far more comfortable.



The new 4,650 square meter terminal features expanded check-in and security areas designed to reduce wait times, along with upgraded passenger flow throughout the building.

Travelers can now enjoy new concession spaces, including shopping, duty-free, and four food and beverage options, plus a VIP lounge for premium passengers. Improved parking facilities round out the upgrades, making both arrivals and departures easier for visitors and residents alike.

But the transformation doesn’t stop there! Anguilla is also welcoming an exciting wave of new flights.



In late 2025, BermudAir launched AnguillAir, introducing nonstop flights from key Northeast U.S. cities, including Boston, Newark and Baltimore.

Plans are also underway to extend the runway to 7,000 feet by 2026, opening the door to additional larger aircrafts in the years to come.

Traveling to Anguilla has never felt easier, smoother and exciting!

Moving on to the house-made pastas, the Paccheri con Branzino!



Perfectly cooked Paccheri pasta with branzino, olives, capers, and lemon. This pasta is bright, flavorful, and a top pick from the lunch menu.

Don’t underestimate this pasta dish! Seriously filling, it is packed with rich tomato flavor.

You cannot miss the Tiramisù Alla Ciliegia...



A light mascarpone mousse with coffee and Kirsch-soaked Morello cherries. This tiramisu is as tasty as it is beautiful.

Lunch at Beach House is a refined, intimate culinary experience guided by Head Chef Kelston “Sweets” Connor’s thoughtful approach to flavor and presentation.

Chef Sweets has long been one of our all-time favorite chefs. He simply cannot make a bad dish - every plate is thoughtful, beautifully executed and full of flavor.

Lunch began with a Salmon Tartare...



Delicately layered with truffle aioli, salmon roe, fresh chives, shallot and a bright squeeze of lemon.

The dish was beautifully balanced - silky and fresh with just enough richness, while the pop of roe added texture and a subtle brininess that lingered on the palate.

Paired with a glass of wine, we were in awe!



For the main course, a fillet of cod fish - cooked on the hibachi gill and served atop a fragrant bouillabaisse, accompanied by broccoli and a bold plantain sambal.



Perfectly flaky and expertly cooked, the cod absorbed the depth of the broth while the sambal brought warmth and contrast, elevating the dish into something both comforting and memorable.

To end the afternoon, Chef made a stunning layered raspberry and chocolate mousse cake, paired with a refreshing raspberry sorbet.



Decadent yet light, the rich chocolate and bright raspberry made for the perfect ending - elegant and beautifully executed!

Dining here is deeply personal and luxurious. It’s the kind of experience that turns a villa stay into something truly special.
