From world-renowned shores to hidden gems, this video takes you on a journey across some of the Caribbean’s most beautiful coastlines... Shoal Bay East, Katouche, Little Bay, Rendezvous, and Limestone Bay!

Beachfront Lunch at Cap Shack at Cap Juluca A Belmond HotelMaunday's Bay, you always take my breath away! This beautiful bay is home to many exquisite fine dining restaurants. Cap Shack is its casual beach bar on the sand. Set on the western edge of the beach, Cap Shack is the only restaurant directly on Maunday's Bay beach.
Today the restaurant has an open-air deck with comfortable tables and chairs overlooking the beach. The atmosphere is effortlessly relaxed as the sea breeze flows freely and the views of St. Martin in the distance are simply spectacular.
Settled in? Time for a cocktail! Cap Shack's cocktail menu is vibrant and tropical, filled with refreshing creations designed for sunny afternoons by the sea. Two favorites? The Frozen Spritz and the Rosa del Sol...
The Frozen Spritz is a frosty blend of Aperol, citrus and prosecco. Bright, slightly bitter and wonderfully refreshing, it is the kind of drink that disappears quickly under the Caribbean sun. The Rosa del Sol is equally delightful. Made with vodka, cranberry, raspberry and orange blossom, it is fruity, floral and beautifully balanced. Cocktails in-hand, it is time to dine. We start with the seafood tostada...
Fresh conch, shrimp and octopus are tossed with lime, cucumber, tomatoes and creamy avocado. It is bright, refreshing and full of ocean flavor! Seafood lovers will also want to try the Sandy Ground lobster roll.
A hefty serving of lobster chunks is mixed in a curried mayo and topped with pico de gallo, then tucked into a soft roll. Rich, buttery and packed with flavor. This roll did not disappoint. If tacos are calling your name, the blackened mahi mahi tacos are a must.
Belmond's tacos are always impressive! Flaky mahi mahi is perfectly seasoned and paired with shredded cabbage and cilantro lime crema. The crunch of the coleslaw... the savoriness of the cilantro lime crema... yep, this vibrant taco is a winner in our books! Another popular option and my favorite for the afternoon is the tuna burger.
Slow-cooked tuna tail is seasoned with Caribbean spices and finished with a lovely tamarind BBQ sauce. It is bold, flavorful and a fun twist on the classic burger. Each bite is an explosion of fresh flavors - this is tropical burger heaven! Lastly, and probably our favorite part of any lunch experience...
Cap Shack's desserts are a sweet ending to a perfect beach lunch. Favorites include chocolate caramel creations, frozen cheesecake and playful tropical sweets served in charming jars. We could not resist the Iced Coffee in a jar - hazelnut parfait, coffee syrup, coffee crumbs, Baileys cream, this dessert is well worth saving room for. From tacos, to sandwiches, to burgers, all of Cap Shack's gourmet dishes are executed at a high level. All ingredients are prepared fresh every day and great pride and care go into each dish's preparation.
One of Anguilla's "must visit" beaches, Cap Shack makes for an idyllic afternoon on Maunday's celestial shores. The ultimate blend of "barefoot luxury," it is a most special spot on this gem.
