The Thursday night Lobster BBQ at C Level is a feast you won’t want to miss. Set right on Rendezvous Bay, you can dine toes-in-the-sand by the sea or on the shaded wooden deck. The value is unbeatable. Unlimited BBQ lobster and crayfish with a plethora of gourmet mains and side dishes. All served in an elegant beachfront atmosphere, it is as far as you can get from typical "all you can eat" resort buffets.
"Lobster" receives top billing for this evening. But, it has a terrific supporting cast. This is much more than "just" a Lobster BBQ. Your eyes will pop at the enormous plate of paella, loaded with seafood. Perfectly crisp and full of flavor, the paella will have you coming back for more.
It's best enjoyed with Aurora's five-star sides like rice & peas, roasted veggies, roasted corn, and creamy mac & cheese.
Billowing with sweet-charcoal smoke, one look at the grills and you swear Aurora has hundreds of beautiful Anguillian spiny lobsters on hand. Spiny lobsters and crayfish are grilled to perfection. The lobster meat itself is moist and smoothly separates from the shell. The butter will just about have you licking your plate clean. When your plate is polished? It's time to go back and do it all over again! Reveling in the glow of post-dinner perfection, it is absolutely impossible to not completely overdo it and make at least two visits to the dessert station.
The Lobster BBQ ends on a sweet note with favorites like coconut tarts, creamy cheesecake, chocolate crunch cake, and refreshing tropical sorbets. With a live DJ setting the mood and the evening wrapping up around the fire pit with s’mores under the stars, this is a must-do culinary experience in Anguilla.
