Each cut is served with local lettuce and chive mayonnaise, and can be paired with a sauce of your choice like Béarnaise, peppercorn, red wine and port reduction, or chimichurri.
For sides, the truffle mac and cheese is irresistibly creamy, the potato purée smooth and buttery, and the grilled asparagus adds a smoky and savory finish.
And to end on a sweet note - the lemon posset, topped with chantilly cream and coconut sorbet, will hit the spot.
