A Taste of the NEW Tokyo Bay

Tokyo Bay has reopened with a beautifully refreshed look, and stepping inside feels like entering a completely new world.

Warm lighting, sleek lines, and even a striking new bar! The atmosphere is completely elevated. It’s Tokyo Bay as we know it but reimagined with a fresh design.

Sushi lovers will fall for the Rendezvous Roll: shrimp tempura, creamy avocado, cucumber, topped with soft tuna and a drizzle of spicy ginger-garlic ponzu. It’s balanced, beautiful, and endlessly satisfying.

From the sharing plates, the Crispy Soft-Shell Crab arrives golden and delicate, lifted by its ginger ponzu.

Right beside it, the Seared Thin-Slice US Beef steals your heart. Tender, lightly charred and finished with sake and mirin. The flavors melt together in a way that only Tokyo Bay can achieve.

Next, the Robata Grill Sweet Corn...

Brushed with shiso garlic butter and sprinkled with chives, it’s simple, smoky and absolutely delicious.

Evenings at Tokyo Bay are always so special that you need to round them off with something sweet.

Each dessert fights for your attention. One of our top picks is the Matcha Molten Lava Cake...

The cake arrives warm, with a molten center that spills right onto the plate.

New Menu at Scilly Cay

Set on a tiny island off of the coast of idyllic Island Harbour in East End Anguilla, Scilly Cay is a gem of a spot.

For a spicy kick, try the Jerk shrimp and yuka chips!

To end the afternoon on a sweet note, we tried the new Coconut cake...

Homemade coconut cake made with coconut and spices. Topped off with whipped cream, a dash of cinnamon and a pouring of a creamy homemade coconut rum.

Anguilla Schoolbooks Foundation: Changing Lives, One Book at a Time

Every now and then, something touches your heart in a way you can’t forget.

The Anguilla Schoolbooks Foundation is one of those things.

Founded by longtime volunteer and educator Linda Boland, the foundation provides essential schoolbooks: math, English, science, social studies - to children whose families cannot afford them. These are not storybooks or optional extras, but the core books needed to learn.

In Anguilla, textbooks are not supplied by the government. Many children go without. Linda saw this firsthand while teaching, and she knew something had to change.

Since March 2025, the foundation has placed books into the hands of 40 children. The photos say it all — the pride on their faces as they hold their very own schoolbooks, the confidence of knowing they can keep up in class, the joy of belonging.
