Dinner at Lobster HouseLocated in South Hill, Lobster House welcomes guests with a relaxed, open-air feel and a warm island atmosphere. With indoor seating and an outdoor dining deck, it’s a lovely setting for a leisurely dinner, whether you’re meeting friends or settling in for a meal built around fresh seafood.
We began with a basket of warm Anguillian johnny cakes, served with butter and olive tapenade. Soft and comforting on the inside, the johnny cakes were perfect for tearing apart and enjoying with the savory tapenade while we waited for the rest of dinner to arrive. Then, the Loaded Lobster Salad...
This is a salad that certainly doesn’t hold back! Lobster, shrimp and snapper are served over mixed local greens with cucumber, tomatoes and egg, all brought together with a citrus-lime vinaigrette. It’s a generous seafood-filled dish with bright, fresh flavors. Can’t decide between seafood and steak? The surf and turf brings both to the table, pairing lobster with a perfectly seasoned steak and your choice of two sides. It’s a satisfying option for those who want a little of everything in one meal.
We finished up with two desserts. The cheesecake and the Keylime pie...
The team at Lobster House goes above and beyond to deliver 5 star service and excellent dishes. Click here for a full read on Lobster House. Lobster House is an Anguilla Card Partner. Save 10% at Lobster House when you use your Anguilla Card.

What’s Cooking at Aurora Anguilla? When it comes to dining in Anguilla, Aurora Anguilla has plenty to bring to the table. With a collection of restaurants offering different settings, menus and culinary experiences, there’s always something to look forward to. Aurora offers elegant dining and relaxed beachfront lunches, the resort has made food an important part of the overall experience.
On a recent visit, I headed down to C Level, Aurora’s beachfront restaurant on beautiful Rendezvous Bay. With its open-air setting, expanded terrace stretching out over the sand and those gorgeous Caribbean blues all around, it’s a lovely spot to settle in for lunch.
Of course, lunch called for a cocktail first! I opted for a classic piña colada, the perfect tropical companion to the view. Cool, creamy and refreshing, it was just the thing for a sunny afternoon on Rendezvous Bay.
To eat, I went with the Black Truffle Burger - one of my favorites at C Level. A juicy beef patty is topped with cheddar, tomato and pickled red onion, all tucked into a brioche bun. It's a satisfying take on a classic burger, with the pickled red onion adding a little brightness to balance the richness of the beef and cheese.
And there's plenty more to explore on the C Level menu, from Caribbean-inspired bites and fresh salads to grilled seafood, ribs, sandwiches and other lunchtime favorites. The hydroponic gardens also add a lovely local touch, with produce grown right on the Aurora property finding its way into the kitchen. There’s more happening on the culinary front at Aurora, too. The much-loved Lobster Beach BBQ is back!
A favorite for guests who enjoy dining with their toes in the sand, it brings together a delicious beachside feast and the beautiful setting of Rendezvous Bay. It's one of those Aurora experiences that feels especially fitting for an island evening. There’s also reason to celebrate at D. Richard’s, which has been named the #1 restaurant in Anguilla!
Under the leadership of Executive Chef Samuel Knight, the team continues to deliver memorable cuisine and hospitality. Congratulations to Chef Samuel and the entire D. Richard’s family on this wonderful recognition. And looking ahead, something new is taking shape along the resort's shoreline. Breezes is being transformed into Eden Beach Club, a new beachfront destination planned to bring island-inspired dining, refreshing cocktails and a relaxed seaside atmosphere to the shores of Aurora. The project is still in development, and an opening date has not yet been announced, so stay tuned for more news as plans take shape.

The Manoah Boutique Hotel is BACK!After a pause for the off-season, this stylish beachfront hotel on Shoal Bay East is welcoming guests back with renovations and thoughtful new touches to make the return even more special.
If you haven’t had a chance to explore Manoah Boutique Hotel, our new YouTube tour takes you inside this beautiful property, set along one of Anguilla’s most spectacular stretches of sand. With its stunning ocean views and contemporary Caribbean style, Manoah offers a relaxed beachfront stay with a touch of French Riviera flair.
