Hi Nori... Love your site. You mentioned on one of your pages that you were looking out at St. Martin while doing your homework. I noticed that the beach was sand. I thought only native Anguillians were allowed to own beach-front property? Have they relaxed the rules?

Yep, we sure are looking out at St. Martin! Lucky for us, this shoreline is rocky. Foreigners can own water front property, as long as it's not sandy beach front. Anguilla's south shore east of Blowing Point is particularly rocky. Must be why there are many ex-pats on this side of the island!
