Anguilla Beaches, First time at the Ocean

by Matt Larsen
(Scottsbluff, NE)

Growing up in the midwest, I had never been in the ocean before. I had only seen it from a highway or a hotel room during family vacations. A few years ago, I was fortunate enough to get an opportunity to do some work for the Government of Anguilla and during my trip I was finally able to go out and enjoy a real beach.

I took a few pictures with my cell phone camera, and they really don't do justice to the beauty and peace that I experienced.

The only drawback is that after experiencing the beaches and wonderful people of Anguilla, nothing else quite compares! I'm looking forward to my next visit to AXA!

Nori's Reply: Thank you for the beautiful photo, Matt! Growing up with Anguilla beaches sure does spoil you... You almost take the unpopulated, clear, turquoise water and smooth, silky sand for granted. You're right, nothing compares to Anguilla beaches!
