Anguilla Condo Now

Sandy Hill Bay Club

Morning to all the Evoy family from Jim Williams, Maine USA (formerly of Cul-de-sac, where you all visited in Anguilla a couple years back). We sold our villa there last year, then went down for vacation this year. We missed it so much that we bought a condo at Sandy Hill Bay Club.

We had security issues with the Blowing Point area and just weren't comfortable there. We really like our new place with the beach within walking distance.

Anyway, I just wondered if you all have built your new villa yet. I know you purchased some land there a few years ago. Hope all is well with your family!

NOTE FROM DAD (KEN):Hey Jim, Nori told me you submitted a short page about your new condo! Congratulations!

I knew you had sold the other place in Anguilla, which was very nice. Condos are becoming popular, more reasonably priced since the price of land going up (ours has tripled (!) in value in about 18 months), and it's more and more expensive to build.

Crazy! I guess you could say Anguilla has been discovered. Speaking of which, we'll be moving permanently to Anguilla in mid-August.

We've been lucky to find a super builder from Montreal and he's started a new company down here with an Anguillian partner. I've been keeping a little journal of our "tropical building experience" at this page, although you can see I've fallen behind. It's much further advanced (seeing how we're moving in a couple of months!).

I heard Sandy Hill was all sold out, but I know that Jackie Pascher (click here for contact info) is working with another developer on a condo development that will be coming online soon.
