15 years ago, for three whole days after we flew in from 'Stacia', my son and I had the time of our lives. We left the resort only once to go to a famous restaurant (I do not remember the name) that had a fabulous wine cellar (cave) which had a lot of 'dust on the bottles'. It inspired my family to establish our own vineyard in Missouri and we produced our first real crop last Fall.
The island has some magical powers of influence and of course we would like to return there to see it all, but the vineyard has its rewards as well.
Prosit!

Nori's Reply: Wow! What a huge impact. You're right, Anguilla does have magical powers and the ability to change peoples lives! I don't know which restaurant you went to specifically... The one that I am thinking of is Koal Keel. Could that be it? They have an extraordinary wine cellar! I also uploaded a picture of Maunday's Bay, the beach that Cap Juluca calls home, for you. It's a beautiful bay! Thank you for your story. Good luck with your winery! :-)
